Jeffrey Menaged was born and raised in New York City. He was attending the Stern School of Business at New York University when he decided to test his business acumen in the real world. After pursuing a successful career in the apparel business for twelve years, Jeffrey launched Chief Executive Air in 2001. Seizing the opportunity in the fast growing private jet travel industry, he opened offices in Los Angeles, Miami, and Moscow, catering to high-level business executives, VIPs, celebrities, athletes and recording artists.
